Mr. Debarros joined Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc.’s small and midmarket unit in 2016, he fills his current role as Northeast Life Sciences & Technology Practice Leader. In early 2018 he was also chosen to co-chair the national life sciences practice. Previously, he was associate vice president at Heffernan Insurance Brokers Inc. in New York and prior to that worked with Zywave Inc., an insurance software company.
